From 1 month, for as long as you like. Cancellable monthly.
When can I access my things?+
7 days a week, with your personal badge.
How secure is Plaatsgebrek?+
We use CCTV, a double-gate airlock system, intruder and fire protection.
Are the units dry and ventilated?+
Yes. Our spaces are climate-controlled, dry and dust-free.
What size do I need?+
From 1.5 sqm (locker) to 8 – 9 sqm (full household). Call or email us — we're happy to advise.
How big is the site and the access?+
Easy to reach by van or moving truck. Plenty of room to drive in and out via the airlock system.
How is payment handled?+
Monthly by bank transfer or direct debit. VAT-compliant invoice for self-employed and businesses.
Is there a deposit?+
Yes, a limited deposit fully refunded once the unit is properly handed back.
Can I insure my belongings?+
Insurance is optionally available — happy to give you more info.
